The bag was good no doubt, but the delivery service, i would suggest choose some good shipping partner like xpressbees maybe, it was such a scam delivery company, the delivery guy called me to tell my parcel is in some otber town 25 km away, and i need to come take it myself because my place is not deliverable? But just because my order was prepaid i didnt want to lose it so i told him to porter it, you see 'porter' can come but not that delivery boy and moving on he asked me to pay charge for the porter, in order to save my 1600 I agreed, and then the surprise the same guy came and delivered the parcel in name of porter, what a nice side business? How do I know because he contacted me through same number. If it was a COD order I swear i would have rejected it. Giving 2 star because obviously it was 100% not your fault for trusting such scam shipping company, but nevertheless you should have done your homework for the customers

The zip of the bag was spoilt when it got delivered to me. Overall the bag is nice but was disappointed in the zip. I will have to get it changed and cant use it until then. What is the point?
